Work in the training sector in the Department of Finance. I’m putting together a simple guide to fill out the requirement for training the sectoral departments.

The idea is this:

The Sectorial Secretariat selects from a drop-down list in "Desired Course" the training you want to perform and the "general objectives of the training" would be automatically completed according to the selection made above. It’s like a Y-fill based on choice X.

I’m sorry if it’s a silly question, but I’m really breaking ground in this area of Data.

****I am using MICROSOFT WORD 2010**

  • And you already have all this information registered in a database?

  • Hi Reginaldo, I already have yes... through which tool could I do this procedure above? If you can help me in the name I can already search on google.. Every time I search over data I end up being thrown from excel doubts.

  • And the applicant will access this list of courses on the Farm website. Right?

  • Exactly, the idea is to have the course options on the drop-down list and at the time of selection appear the description in "general training objectives"

  • And this site is written in what language? Do you know basically the language of this site? The database that he accesses is the same where are this register on courses?

  • Hi Reginaldo, this file is in a table in MS Word 2010.. I will edit the post image to be clearer.

  • Any idea? My only concern is the document is easy to fill.. Why we have great technological barriers
