I would like to know what are the standards of screens (Smartphon, tablet, laptop and desktop) for me to make my site responsive ?

I know there are many types more specifically wanted a pattern that usually designs use (Width and height),

I’ve been through the same question, follow the breakpoints I use:

Smartphones <768px
Tablets 768px
Notebooks 992px
Desktops 1200px
