Python code to generate event in Google Calendar

Question

I would like a help to create a code using Python to generate events in Google’s calendar, I already have the API set up and released for this action, but I can’t make my code work, I’ve done this process for sending Emails and it worked perfectly. I am new with this kind of development and would like a help to put this code to work, the Google site is not helping much with the available examples.

I have tried some examples of Google help site but without much success, I would love a help to get this code to work, until the authentication part is working but when I try to generate an event in the agenda that is giving error.
