Are you using Notepad? If yes, at the time you save the file, change the encoding to Unicode. In the case of files already created you can use the CMD to rename.

  • Hello, I use the sublime, and save the file by it, but it stays as just file!

  • How are you saving the file type ? When saving has the option "Type", where it is predefined as "All files", you need to select the css there and put the extension. css in the name of your file.

  • Hi, I managed to solve the problem, it was a silly mistake of mine, but I appreciate the help of all, how do I give stitch or something to you?

  • Did any of us solve your problem ?

  • the problem was an error at the time of saving the file, but what is worth and the intention!

  • I can only use the sublime by opening it as an administrator, and I don’t know why...

@Lucasolimpio did you change the encoding to Unicode when saving to solve? Or had to do something else?
