Problem when installing Seaborn

Well, I would like to install Seaborn to plot some graphics in Python, but when running:

$ pip install seaborn

The following error appears:

With the command of: Pip install Seaborn

However, this module needs some dependencies like: numpy scipy pandas matplotlib

Instead of trying to install with the sudo, the ideal is you use a virtualenv:

I did not get to read the article above in detail, but it was the first in Portuguese that I found on the subject.

The article does not mention the virtualenvwrapper, but it is a tool that helps a lot in the use of virtual environments.

That said, the error is occurring in os.chflags, that is described here. The flags themselves are described here.

The impression is that the shutil.move is failing when trying to copy flags from source file to destination.

What file system types do you have on the machine? Maybe different file systems, where one does not have the same flags as the other?
