Does anyone know how to use two code::Locks at the same time? Every time I try to open two just gets the last one open.

To be able to have multiple Codeblocks open at the same time you need to uncheck two options:
Settings > Environment > Allow only one running instance
Settings > Environment > Use an already running instance
Change only takes effect after restarting the program!
After that you can open as many Codeblocks as you want:
