I recently heard of Reason, but I don’t know what it is, some call it a programming language, others a syntax powered by Ocaml, I know that it’s led by Facebook and that it’s very good for simple graphical applications/games, as well as using Javascript in syntax, Finally, what is this technology about? is worth learning?

I’ve heard of it, but it’s not a language. It’s a syntax that uses the Ocaml language for something related to Javascript. But I never went out of my way to find out.

Reason is a language that mixes Ocaml and Javascript. It was developed to make life easier for Javascript programmers (so they don’t need to learn Ocaml proper) and also to facilitate compiler code generation (Ocaml and Javascript have some significant differences).

There is a compiler called Bucklescript compiling from Ocaml/Reason for Javascript.

On the page I Linkei says the following (in free translation):

Reason is not a new language, it is a new syntax and a set of tools

But in practical terms it can be said that it is a new language yes (which purposely has many similarities with Ocaml).
