How to use netstat command?

I am testing on my local computer a java application, but I can’t get my application up because port 8080 is being used by some service that I don’t know which is.

How do I know which service is running on door 8080 with the command netstat?

I tried that way, but it didn’t work:

$ netstat -nabo

You can use this command:

netstat-turnip

You can also filter by adding some text | find "text".

Example:

netstat -nabo | find "8080"

Or depending on the command prompt:

netstat -nabo | findstr "8080"

However it will not bring all the information from the first command.

Obs: use cmd as administrator.
