I had some problems with XAMPP too, the most common solution is to reinstall it. Remembering that it runs as an administrator.

  • I’ve reinstalled a few times and always ran as Adm.

  • Try the following: 1- go to run and search for services.Msc 2- search Apache2."apache version", open it and change the boot type to just auto apply and click start. 3- search mysql and perform the same procedure and try to run XAMPP.

  • For both gave file error not found.

  • I understand, I have searched in some forums similar errors and all indicate the change of ports follow the full tutorial: http://tisuperinfo.blogspot.com.br/2012/09/mudando-as-portas-do-xampp.html It seems that this is a problem with mysql that you already have installed. I could not test because I do not use windows but if possible take a backup of your projects and try to uninstall mysql and reinstall XAMPP. You can also try installing Wampserver if applicable.

  • I followed the tutorial and am trying the following error:

  • 13:56:57 [Apache] Apache Service Detected with Wrong path 13:56:57 [Apache] Change XAMPP Apache and Control Panel Settings

  • or 13:56:57 [Apache] Uninstall/disable the other service Manually first 13:56:57 [Apache] Found Path: "C: program files (x86) xampp apache bin httpd.exe" -k runservice

  • 13:56:57 [Apache] Expected Path: "c: xampp apache bin httpd.exe" -k runservice 13:56:57 [mysql] Mysql Service Detected with Wrong path 13:56:57 [mysql] Change XAMPP Mysql and Control Panel Settings

  • or 13:56:57 [mysql] Uninstall/disable the other service Manually first 13:56:57 [mysql] Found Path: "C: program files (x86) xampp mysql bin mysqld.exe" --defaults-file="c: program files (x86) xampp mysql bin my.ini" mysql 13:56:57 [mysql] Expected Path: c: xampp mysql bin mysqld.exe --defaults-file=c: xampp mysql bin my.ini mysql 13:56:57 [Filezilla] Filezilla Service Detected with Wrong path 13:56:57 [Filezilla] Change XAMPP Filezilla and Control Panel Settings

  • or 13:56:57 [Filezilla] Uninstall/disable the other service Manually first 13:56:57 [Filezilla] Found Path: "C: program files (x86) xampp filezillaftp filezillaserver.exe" 13:56:57 [Filezilla] Expected Path: "c: xampp Filezillaftp filezillaserver.exe"

  • in fact it is an issue with mysql folders that you already have installed, try uninstalling mysql and delete all remaining folders, then reinstall xampp and try to run it.

  • after deleting mysql and reinstalling xampp everything is back to normal, thank you.

  • Good! for nothing.
