I used to feed my system with note data informing the note key and captcha,
But with the change to reCaptcha is no longer possible.
How can I do this using Webservice in PHP ?

The goal of Captchas is just to make what you want impossible. As it was not enough, they switched to reCaptcha which is more elegant and safe. If you can beat reCaptcha, half the world will want to give you a job of over $100,000 a year - the other half will want to see you behind.
