I am starting my studies, wanted to know how to do for when I type in the form the phone number EX: 00000000000 , the form will complete the fields ex: (00) 0 00000000 inserir a descrição da imagem aqui

I use a jQuery plugin called jQuery Mask. In the link you will find an example called "São Paulo Celphones" which is probably what you search for.
