Why Elmah.Mvc asks for authentication when requiresAuthentication=false

I wonder why the Elmah.Mvc when we enter the page ~/Elmah Does it always ask for login of my application? The option in webconfig requiresAuthentication is as false and yet you request it. Someone’s been through it?
