How to make a contact list in Delphi

I’m creating a list of contacts, like phone, but I needed to do that sidebar with the letters A - Z and when he clicks on some letter vscrool would go to the counters of the selected letter. The contact I will use the list view, but the letters I do not know if it would be feasible to do with Trectangle. Do you know if there is something so native or a way to create it?
