Hello, I intend to create a program that when it is called by the browser, it opens the program and runs its functions, similar as utorrent does. I did some research but found nothing so far and do not know the correct way to search.
Edit: Randrade, exactly what I was looking for, I’m creating a web application that will need to call an application that will be installed on the client’s computer, but I didn’t know the name of the resource to be able to deploy. What I really need is the Custom URL.
Taking advantage of I would like to supplement the question, using the Custom URL Protocol it is possible to send parameters to the application?
This is browser setup, nothing to do with programming.
