I would like to configure my vim to leave as in the image.
I already have Macvim installed.
My greatest need is the file explorer.

The file explorer is the plugin The Nerdtree.
The status bar is probably the vim-Irline.
Regarding the topic, I recommend taking a look here, has several cool themes.
