Difficulty interpreting database diagram

Good evening. I am having some problems interpreting a diagram that from it I will make a sql database. My programming skills are not very good and I would very much appreciate a help. In case I will use phpmyadmin to assemble, only that I have some doubts if I should not put the Keys that are in the driver table along with name data, Cpf, etc.. how will I call them? And how will I connect these tables? Thanks in advance.
