Is there any way to limit simultaneous access without using the database? Is there any way to do it using . htaccess? Because I am trying to limit access to a file that does not come in the PHP extension.

I don’t know a no bank mode. But how gambiarra can sometimes help by suddenly renaming the file to every access.
