Issue of a non-tariff note

Good afternoon to you all. I am developing a web system for my store and I would like to know how I print those non tax bills that show the products with their bar codes, prices, quantities... That note that’s printed when you buy something. I need to have a basis on how to send items from the cart to the note, and how to integrate with the non-tax printer. My system is created with PHP and Javascript. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: To clarify, I want to know a way to create those non-tax bills that we get when we buy something. I want a way to create that little note and add the cart items to that little note and print using that not tax printer.
