I believe that nay there is nothing ready, unless your server/administrators have implemented something, so only by contacting technical support and/or server administrators to request a copy of the backup.
If you have nothing implemented on your server it will not be possible to restore.
When making modifications it is always good to test on your local machine first, to avoid these kinds of problems.

Have you set up to back up on the server? some cron? something to do automatically? else and pretty unlikely.

@I don’t know if it’s duplicate. By description, he wants to know if mysql would do, alone, by default, some backup that would allow him to recover the lost data.
