I have a hosted website and would like to manage the files by Windows Explorer the same way I do by Cpanel, it is possible to do this?
If so, any tips on how to do it?

Essentially it cannot in a normal way. This would be possible in a hosting that has some form of communication between the servers, something like the SMB, for example, but you could only get on a server of your own, shared hosting no one will allow.
What you can do is use Windows Explorer as an FTP client. Do not recommend, the experience is bad, but it is possible to access your server, if you have an FTP account enabled through the address ftp://usuario@servidor, will ask for the password. As can not configure anything may not work in certain situations. Can not multiple accounts on the same server remembering password.
