Eclipse Dark in windows

Eclipse Luna was released, and with a new theme available "Dark", always liked darker themes, because of a photosensitivity.

In linux the Dark theme is perfect because the scrollbars, the handle of the views (those 3 dots when you minimize for example the Outline ) also stay in the dark color.

On the other hand in Windows the scrollbars, the handle of the views, and tabs do not turn dark.

I ask: There are ways to leave these items above and any other not cited with dark color?

The idea and stay like Visual Studio Visual Studio Dark : Imagery

Eclipse Luna Dark : Imagery

As it is an aesthetic customization for some and ergonomic for others I believe it is worth the question.

You can change the colors of the Windows scroll bars in the control panel, but it will affect all programs that use the default bar. Unfortunately, if Eclipse does not allow customization, there is no other way.

There is still a long way to go before opensource projects (Eclipse and Netbeans) have a cool dark theme on Windows like VS. Eclipse Luna’s dark theme is already a step.

As Renan mentioned, it is possible to use an auto contrast theme via control panel, but your whole system will be "Dark". There is no way yet Eclipse stylize some elements like scrollbars, buttons, among others.

In the case of Netbeans, these elements are customizable from Look'n Feels, but Netbeans does not have a standard Dark theme and the custom themes we currently have are a little ugly in my opinion.

Another alternative to using dark themes with a Java IDE is to adopt the Intellij IDEA that already has a well done Dark theme for all platforms (Windows, Mac and Linux). But with the Community version it is only possible to program with Java SE.

Update

Eclipse Luna 4.4 already comes with a standard dark theme:
