I used xamp but it always gave some port problems, so I downloaded and configured apache and PHP manually, but now I don’t know how to configure Workbench and integrate it with apache

Is this Windows? Linux/Unix? Mac OS? And what do you mean "integrate with Apache"?

Windows, for example when I download xampp, everything comes ready for me, and I can use mysql and apache with phpmyadin that comes all ready, but I wanted to learn how to configure manually and I found nothing, I downloaded apache mysql and phpmyadmin without xampp, apache I managed to set up right, now phpmyadmin and mysql I can’t get you..

I think you can solve these doubts here: phpMyAdmin documentation ;)

Just to be clear, since Stackoverflow only shows the closing votes that were majority. One vote was for not being a programming problem, three votes were for being too broad and my vote was for not being clear enough. I voted this way because I don’t understand what you mean by "integrate it with apache".
