I have access to Visual Studio Team Services (www.meudominio.visualstudio.com) and at first I use only the application as security Microsoft Authenticator , that is to say, two-step verification of Microsoft.

Have you taken every possible measure to inhibit access to your user. When securing your account, this is guaranteed by Microsoft itself, given that Microsoft invests heavily in security on its cloud platform, where it has several safety certifications.
Rest assured, as it is very unlikely a security breach in your VSTS account, I could say that it is much safer for you to keep your data on VSTS than in an Onpremisses environment with TFS, where often the company may have a larger number of gaps in the network and not know it.
