When are translation packages, messages.eng.txt, messages.spa.txt from Genexus updated?

When are the translation packages updated? With Build all or with the Build with this of some objects involved?

Why we are working as GX Translator Tool separate from our KB.

And when will the strings be updated in the production KB? With BUILD ALL?

In order for KB Language objects to have messages (existing in objects) embedded, a Build All is required. When a Language object is modified (either by Import or Save normal), it is only necessary to build the Main object in question so that the resources (messages.*.txt, etc.) are generated and so the application has the translations included.
