Is there any syscall or other mechanism that can capture the mouse click by the Mars mips simulator .

Follow the link from the list of "syscall" that were implemented by the teachers who created MARS.

Unfortunately it is only possible to interact with MARS through the keyboard, analyzing the source code of the same never saw another possibility.
