Problem after Moodle 2.9 update to 3.3.1 - Theme not Designed for Moodle version

After upgrading Moodle version 2.9 to Moodle 3.3.1+ (Build: 20170727), the following error occurs below:

Version Warning: Theme not Designed for Moodle version. Unexpected issues may occur, Please get the correct Theme version for your Moodle version.

Conducting some research, I did not succeed.

Any suggestions ?

    Which Moodle Theme and which version is using, the message says that your Moodle theme is not made for your Moodle version. Maybe updating the version of Theme solves the problem (I do not understand of Moodle, or anything similar)

Themes, as well as Moodle plugins in general, are compatible or not with certain versions. You can try to solve this:

  • Update the theme version to one compatible with Moodle and/or;
  • Removing the theme directory from Moodle code.
