Good, someone knows if it is possible to use Blender 3D to create games for Android, and program them through Android Studio?

Yes, you create your models and import them for Android Studio. Look at some examples: http://download.blender.org/demo/android/

To my knowledge Blender is only for modeling. You would use only the templates to make your game with Android Studio.

@Marco Marques yes that’s what I wanted to know.. You can use the models in the android app. I know that with Unity is possible, but and in Android Studio?

From what I read after seeing your question, it is possible to import 3D objects to Android Studio. But by all indications, Android Studio is not a tool for creating games that are not very simple (old game, mine field) there are much better tools for this. Making an analogy: Using Android Studio to create a game (be it platform, racing, fighting), is like making a football with a screwdriver. You’ll make it, but it’ll take MUUUUUUUUUUUO.
