It is the first time I hear of Telerik, but if the developers still have no official resolution, I think it will be complicated... There on the forum, the admin published a gambiarra, she does not answer? There is a link to this discussion on Bugzilla, saw already?

  • Yes, I saw the gambiarra and I saw the discussion in Bugzilla, the gambiarra does not work...

  • Did you find a solution? Poste as an answer to help other people.

  • I haven’t found any solution yet, if you know any, post please. Currently the problem persists, you have only been asked to use Google Chrome.

Telerik Reporting does not work in some versions of Firefox because it uses pdf.js. See the ticket https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=843342

As an outline solution have it exported to pdf.

Note: I think the new version of Reporting and firefox are already ok because before it did nothing, now download the pdf or open the pdf in firefox, depends on the configuration of firefox.

  • I tested with the latest version of Telerik Reporting and with the latest version of Mozila, but still it asks to save in PDF. This would not be a big problem, but my users do not accept the idea of having to save and then print, so I keep requesting the use of Google Chrome. Thank you.

  • But that’s the solution. In the best case guide customers to open the report using the adobe plugin Reader by configuring firefox in Options > Applications and configuring firefox to open the pdf documents directly.
