I know it’s an old question, but come on!
Ipv6 is nothing more than Ipv4 with a 128-bit amount, in short.
It includes letters, numbers and solves our current demand for IP addresses.
A server ONLY under Ipv6 can decrease a Ddos attack, since only Ipv6 will access it, but it does not mean that it is immune.
I run a hosting server that hosts some large sites and we’ve already received Ddos attacks that included both Ipv4 and Ipv6. Having one or the other disabled will only decrease the range of Ips that would access your server.
And I do not recommend that you turn off Ipv4, especially in Brazil, many operators have not yet joined Ipv6 in all states or updated their routers, most of the accesses are still by Ipv4.
If you are online, you are passive attack, regardless of the protocol used.

I couldn’t find anything about Ddos on IPV6 websites, so I thought it was :C

A simple search in Google returned me some interesting things, check out: http://fenainfo.org.br/info_ler.php?id=40215

Yes, I also found this, but I think it refers to the internal network [LAN]. and I’m referring to WAN [Dedicated IP]. Because I have found several tools for flooding ddos in Ipv6 networks [Internal only]

And why wouldn’t it be? Found nothing because it’s not related matters.

There is no relation, your application will remain susceptible to the same problems since independent of the "identification" protocol the server persist identical.
