If I have a site "meusite.com" and create a domain "sub.meusite.com" will see as another site or as just the same site ?

Officially each subdomain is a different site. Actually, it’s not that simple. If you are penalized by blackhat in a subdomain it is unlikely that the main domain will be penalized as well, but if the main site is penalized the subdomain drop is almost certain.
The same applies to the domain authority. If the.com globe launches a new project asdfg.globo.com Google will see this new site with more optimism than if it were a newly registered domain asdfg.com
