Good afternoon, everyone,
I’m having a problem in the company recently we need to migrate an application from one server to another to save time we made an image of the server and climbed the new, changed the ip of the new and put to run all applications in classic Asp. We did the tests everything working when we passed for users to use, when 2 or more accessed the administrative panel the return of the query is returning to both users, In addition to upload information from one site to the other when you insert.
on the old server we didn’t have this problem someone has gone through something like this?
follows the connection string used
Driver={MySQL ODBC 5.1 Driver};Server=host;Option=16419;Stmt=;Database=base;Uid=usuario;Pwd=senha
I’ve never been through it, though, have you checked if the Mysql Server versions are the same and if they were configured in the same way? As for the classic Asp, did you analyze query by query (select) generating result? Every migration generates unexpected problems, lists current mistakes and create a list for learning, so in the next few you will know how to solve repeated mistakes. Also check the IIS permission settings, if you have changed the IIS version it may be one of the reasons.

Ola Wilson in I did these tests the solution was to redo the server image and solved the problem apparently may have been something in the creation of the first image that presented problem, thanks for the tips I will use for learning if something like this occurs
