I need a quick solution to an urgent need, would like to create a website with web languages, and make it an android app and make it available on playstore.
Has anyone ever done it, or tell me which tool or method to use??????

You can use some means.
Framework7 + Codova: Currently allows you to work with jQuery, Vuejs, Reactjs and even Angularjs (Especially is what I like the most).
IONIC Framework: You use Angularjs (I can’t tell if you can use other FM)
You can also use the Intelxdk, which is an Intel tool that helps in the development of hybrid apps. Remembering that everyone I mentioned earlier, use HTML, CSS and JS for development.

The IONIC is only Angular, use Framework7 + Intelxdk, can download it, indicate yes, from a look at the playlist that I passed, are my same lessons
