APP database

Question

Dear friends, in a mobile solution type an application that manages lava jet where users create their account and automatically can already manage their customers, cash flow, scheduling and etc... These apps consume an API on the web, the question is. Does this API have only one database to manage all users? or every user who logs their car wash has their database? What is the best way to create this API?

You can choose to use Parse Server.

It is an Open Source API that allows you to create a server for mobile applications easily and still save to the local user what you want.
