Create XML template file in Intellij Idea Jetbrain

I have a hard time putting into Jetbrain’s Ide Intellij’s NEW relationship. That is, when you created a Java project, I click with the right button on the project and I go to New I do not see the option to create an XML file, but when I go to Edit Templates it is there, as I do to put in the list of files (extensions) available in New?

  • I put the answer, but it is strange, in my version came as defaulto, nor can I edit it. What version you are using?

Go on: File | Settings | Editor | File Types, click on the plus sign + to add a new type.
