HTTP Error 403.7 Forbidden - SEFAZ RS

I’m trying to access the address RS electronic invoice authorization. When accessing I receive the following message:

Server Error in Application "PRNFH/WS/NFEAUTHORIZATION"

HTTP Error 403.7 - Forbidden The page you are attempting to access requires your browser to have a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) client Certificate that the Web server recognizes.

I Acessei to page of the RS page, downloaded and installed the Signatories which already comes with a certificate for testing, however, the certificate that comes along with it won in 2011.

I need to get a digital cetificado quente to do homologation tests? Or how can I access the test page of the webservice to perform the tests?

To consume Sefaz web services (homologation/production), such as Nfe or Cte you will need a valid e-CNPJ certificate.

In the case of the certificate that is available together with the Subscriber, the purpose is to perform tests to sign the XML, but to consume the Webservices Sefaz needs an e-CNPJ.
