Hello, people do not know if it is the right place to ask this question, but I saw that the forum helps a lot the users, what I wanted to know was the following.
How to create an IPTV server, I’ve searched everywhere and nobody talks like that creates, I’ve heard from third parties that it’s very expensive, others said they need capture card, vps, pay TV and so on, help me or refer someone who can help me, thank you.

There is no punishment for posting something that does not fit on our Q&A site. What can happen is to be automatically blocked by the system if you post a lot of bad stuff and not fix it. It seems wide and maybe out of scope.
