I have a server set up in Google Cloud hosting a system for testing the company. I could normally access the system with the IP and port 8080 by the browser, but I’m not getting more and the interesting thing is that I can not when I try from inside the company, I did tests outside the company even using the same internet provider and works normally. When I change the company’s external IP, the access works and I change the external IP of my VM in the Cloud works, but after a while it stops working again. I can’t even ping from inside the company to the VM’s Cloud IP. Someone here uses Google Cloud and has experienced this problem, or has any idea what it might be?
Good morning Guy take a look at the Firewall rule there may be some restriction to Ip !

Sorry for the delay but I checked the firewall rules, and there is no restriction for my external ip. I solved the problem in parts. I found that this happened more when I was going to set up an access key and made several connection attempts, after some attempts the external ip was blocked, but from what I saw, it is a configuration of google itself and not of my instance.
