It occurred to me a question about the need to keep the tables that comes "ready" in oracle. When you create any connection, when looking at the tables you can see several tables and sequences, what are these tables generally for? There is a problem if I delete them?

What is happening is that at the time of installation and configuration of the database, you have not created a user/schema.

You are "logged in" as SYSTEM, which is not the right one. You must create a user and specify the privilege levels, among other things. These tables are part of the static and other information provided by the bank.
