I have developed a system for the market that can be used for the shop too, I would like to know what to do to make the system legalized.

  • I have to register?

  • I have to go to SEFAZ?

  • Which document should I take to where?

    Hello, I noticed your question earlier, I don’t understand much of this, but I think the question is really off-topic, a place you might ask (but it’s in English) would be https://law.stackexchange.com, However I find it kind of unlikely someone answer there because it is not a site still very popular in Brazil, another place that can ask an opinion is the chat http://chat.stackexchange.com/rooms/11910/stackoverflow, although it is about programming also there do not have such strict rules. I believe that only someone with legal knowledge could help, @Bacco for example.

If legalize means being able to market licenses, the first thing to do is to start a company.

For this, look for an accounting office and explain to them what you want to do. They have the know how to create your company so that you can market such software (CNAE).

You will need to categorize your software into some sub-categories (customizable software, non customizable software, etc).

An accountant will answer all your questions regarding this.
