I cannot declare the value and example in the first photo

Problem the record list does not provide statement the value is giving FOREARCH error

I tried to add again FOREARCH

Then I was able to put the statement and the value in the second, and the result happens

This result gave error because Dynamics CRM LOOKUP and do not get the INDEX value
