I wonder if it is possible to change the layout of a blog video Wordpress and using a theme already ready similar to this blog ?

Yes. The source code for all themes is in the directory
wp-content/themes. Just access the desired theme and change it as needed, provided that in accordance with the license of the theme in question.– Woss
Got it. Can this be done by the same Wordpress admin panel or by the Cpanel hosting panel in the file manager ? I searched for videos that showed doing this action, but found no except, how to create a theme from the beginning. In my case I would like to add some extra features in the theme and, to do this using a theme already ready, if you know any video, explain better, I will be grateful for the help. I already understand a little html but I’ve never made many changes except, change names from English to Portuguese.
