This is my first participation, please excuse the beginner mistakes.
Friends, I need to make an Alert or a javascript popup or Jquery to use in Sharepoint form. I need it to give me a message if it does not pass the validation of the fields or message successfully registered if everything is ok with the fill.
Please, help me out. Thank you.

In the HTML part, the text location you can change by javascript or even something fixed.
In javascript/Jquery you can see that I have a situation involving a Boolean, if such a situation shows the div highlighted with the message. If false, shows nothing.
