Customize a plugin’s screen

Question

Hello, my question is the following, I created a plugin that generates a custom post type, and a taxonomy for this type of post and a custom Fields using the plugin Metabox, in my case, to manage the customers of my site, everything works perfectly, but in the list of clients in admin, the columns that are displayed are limited, appear only the client names and registration date, I would like to customize these columns by adding other fields. Another question is how to change the data order, if it would be possible to change the "order_by" of this list.
