Wamp Server Forbidden error

Question

I’m trying to put a site online (a basic site only for testing), but when I enter by my ip followed by port 8080, since port 80 usually gives problem, I get the message "Forbidden, you don’t have permission to access / on this server" even accessing through the mobile connected to the same network. However on my pc it works. I’ve already set up httpd.conf. I use apache 5.6.25.
