I am trying to open files in my project but it is giving error when I try to access any of them. I can compile anyway.
The files exist, I can edit them outside the IDE, the names are correct.
How can I fix this?

With any file? Including the form? It can’t be any extension?

Yes. I think VS is with some corrupted file. When I start a Windowsforms project it is giving error as well. The way it’s gonna be to try to reinstall.
