How to create an Activity where the user can create a profile in the application

Question

I am developing an application and in this application the user will be able to create a profile for it, with its name, photo, email, etc.

My question is this part of the photo, how do I insert some element in the layout where the user can insert a photo from the mobile memory? I’m using Firebase as a Webservice.
