My blog has the tweet button that works normally like any other: it gets the title of the page and URL through the date:post.title / data:post.url, respectively. The problem is that a few days ago, I added a # and the post number in the titles. For example, the title of text number 129 was "Kernel" and then I switched to "#129 Kernel" (without the quotes) and after that, the tweet button does not read the # that is in the post title and nothing that comes after it. I realized that if I replace # with %23 it works perfectly, but there is some way to do this replacement automatically, without renaming all posts and taking the # of titles?

Edith your question and add the codes responsible for generating this button, so it will be possible to help you.

You’re right, Anderson. The point is I’m on my cell phone right now and I’m without the accessible source here. The most I could at the time was a snapshot of the code snippet directly from the Blogger interface, which I added to the question.

So be surprised if your question closes soon, but don’t worry, it can be reopened when you can edit the question properly.
