In Tiny wysiwyg editor for Bootstrap does not work creating hyperlinks in Internet Explorer

I’m using the wysiwyg editor Tiny, but I’m having trouble inserting a hyperlink in a text typed in the editor. This occurs only in internet explorer, and as follows:

After typing the text, I select the snippet that I want to apply the hyperlink to. After that, I click on the hyperlink option in the editor’s toolbar. Opens a div in a layer above, with a field to enter the hyperlink url and an add button. When I click on the field to start typing the url, it simply doesn’t accept typing, loses focus, which goes back to the editor area, deleting the text that was selected and replacing it with the url that I started typing. With this I can not create a hyperlink inside the text.

Anyone, have you ever been through this situation? I’ve looked at the tutorial and could not identify anything talking about this problem. Even the tutorial demo (https://mindmup.github.io/bootstrap-wysiwyg/), if opened in internet explorer, also does not work.
