Error using Nuget Package Manager in VS 2017

I installed VS 2017 community 2017 and gives this error when I need to use Nuget Package Manager ?

PM> enable-migrations

  • You installed the Entity Framework?

  • Yes, the EF was installed, but I did some tests uninstalling the VS 2017 and then I returned to the VS 2015 without the update (Update3) then it worked with VS 2015, as I am late with dates I will use the current installation of the VS 2015 community to walk with the project.

  • So maybe it’s a good idea to delete the question.
