I need to validate an input Mask from the Ninja Forms phone form

I am using Ninja Forms as my contact form plugin. I am currently using a Mask input to force the typing of numbers. But I need the validation to happen for the field of the phone reach 10 full digits or 11 that are the case of cell phones in Brazil. At the moment the validation works for only a number amount. Can anyone help me figure out how to change this code?
